EQ Childcare Plus makes hiring a nanny at a reasonable rate possible through our Nanny
Share Program.

Over the last couple of years, we have had countless families reach out, looking for qualified nannies to hire at a decent rate. Lately, this demand is becoming increasingly difficult to fulfill, given inflation and the soaring cost of childcare. Today, most professionals with 3 or more years of experience demand at least $25 to $30 per hour for individual care, which most families cannot afford. Therefore, we came up with a solution.

How does it work?

First, we help clients connect with likeminded families who are looking to receive simultaneous care for their children. Then, EQ Nannies are presented for interviews and trials, with rates starting at $15 per hour per family. Once a placement has been made, each child receives care that is agenda-based and includes systematic tracking of progress relating to social, emotional, and physical development.

NOTE: EQ Childcare Plus is a Nanny Service, not a referral agency. As such, we hire all our Nannies as W2 employees. In addition to providing excellent care, we cover employer & payroll taxes, withhold employee taxes, provide sick days, pay worker’s compensation & unemployment insurance premiums, offer retirement benefits, and handle all additional overhead. Moreover, our service is a qualifying Dependent Care FSA expense.
